My family enjoyed five luxurious nights at the lovely Park Hyatt Mallorca located on the northeastern coast of the island.  We picked up our rental car from the airport and after about 1 hour later (and many roundabouts) we arrived.

Pulling into the resort you can see the property set in between the base of some mountains in a pretty valley.  The property is built with Mediterranean/Spanish style and flair. We arrived at the entrance and were greeted by the bellman who proactively grabbed our bags from the back of our SUV.

We were escorted into the reception area to checkin where we were greeted by a nice young woman who offered us a seat to complete the process.  She confirmed our cash and points reservation and then upgraded us for $30/night to a room on the ground level with a bit more yard space as she thought that would be good for our son to play. She was also nice enough to include breakfast during our stay since we took the upgrade. Continue reading
